Smart Building helps facility managers watch room occupancy, air quality and HVAC efficiency in real time.
Features
- Per-room dashboard - live occupancy, CO₂ and temperature cards for each room, with a zone selector.
- HVAC waste detection - flags the hours when HVAC ran in a room nobody was in (zero occupancy), with an estimate of the kWh wasted.
- Space analytics - a utilisation table per room (peak occupancy, average, utilisation percentage) with recommendations (under- or over-used rooms) and a summary of high-CO₂ hours, which is how poor ventilation shows itself.
- Per-zone energy sub-metering - rooms fitted with their own energy meter (IBX-EM-1P/3P) report real kWh per zone, instead of a share estimated from the building total.

A room or zone comes from the device's zone field - one zone can hold any mix of room sensors and energy meters, depending on what it needs.
