Quickstart

This guide takes you from a new account to watching your first device's data arrive on a dashboard - usually in under 10 minutes.

1. Sign up and create (or join) an Organisation

Open app.include.co.id and sign up with an email address or a Google account. Once your email is verified you will be asked to either:

• Create a new Organisation - if you are the first owner/admin at your company, or
• Join an Organisation - if a colleague has already registered the company; enter the Organisation ID your admin gives you.

One account can belong to several Organisations at once (a consultant looking after several clients, for example).

2. Install a solution

From the Solutions page, pick the vertical module that matches what you need:

Your subscription plan decides which solutions you can install - see the Subscription page in the app for your quotas.

3. Connect your first device

There are three ways to register a device:

1. An official IncludeBox - scan the QR code on the unit, then follow the provisioning wizard (WiFi over BLE).
2. Bought from Include Mall - the device registers itself to your Organisation as soon as the order is paid.
3. BYOD (bring your own device) - register a third-party device by hand from Manage Devices, then use the MQTT credentials you are given (deviceId as the username, the token as the password) to publish telemetry. See the MQTT payload example in the API Reference.

4. Watch the data arrive

As soon as the device publishes its first telemetry, open that solution's dashboard - the widgets fill themselves with live data. If nothing appears after a few minutes:

• Check the device's connection state under Manage Devices (online/offline).
• Check the MQTT log in your device's firmware or gateway.
• Make sure the MQTT topic follows the pattern includeapps/{org_id}/{app_slug}/{device_id}/telemetry.

5. Build your own dashboard

Every solution ships with a ready-made dashboard template, but you are free to rearrange it in the drag-and-drop editor (click the pencil icon in the solution's sidebar) - add, remove and move widgets, set per-device thresholds, and build automatic rule chains (including a JavaScript scripting node for custom logic).
